SHIPPING
Orders made after 12:00 PM EST (9:00 AM PST) on Friday will be shipped the next business day.
Tracking information will update once your order is picked up.
We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.
- Please make sure that you provide a full and accurate shipping address. In the event that an order is returned to us for any reason, whether it's due to an incorrect address or any other factor, please be aware that customers are responsible for all associated shipping charges. If your order qualifies for free shipping and is returned to us, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a store credit, with the shipping cost incurred on the package deducted from it.
- Bluetooth tumblers can only be shipped via ground as required by shipping carriers. USPS Priority Mail is not ground service. All USPS Priority Mail orders containing Bluetooth tumblers will be automatically shipped with ground service of our choice.
- We are no longer shipping orders to PO Boxes. Kindly ensure you list an actual shipping address. This will ensure your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Delayed Delivery
Delayed delivery can occasionally occur, especially during peak time (holiday time). Unfortunately we have no control over the shipping company's delivery system. We are not responsible for delayed delivery, however please contact us if you experience delay and we will do our best to help you get in touch with the shipping carrier.
Missing Package
Easy Tumblers is not responsible for missing packages (e.g. lost in transit, stolen). Customers will need to contact the shipping company if their package is missing.

EasyTumblers.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. EasyTumblers.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $800.00 (USD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
