Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@easytumblers.com with your order number and the email address used when placing the order. Once we receive your return request, we'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along with the return address. Items sent back to us without the RMA form will not be accepted.

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive store credit for the returned items within 2 business days. Please note that the store credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received the store credit, please contact us at contact@easytumblers.com.
