To get the right fit you will want to take a shirt that fits the way you want your shirt to fit, lay it flat, and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit. That will be the chest or width measurement. The length of the shirt is measured from the shoulder seam at the collar to the bottom of the hem.

Instructions:

Note: Not all press are the same. You may need to adjust the time and/or temp slightly.

How To:

• Lint roll before you press, to remove any debris
• Pre-press the shirt for 5 seconds to get the creases out
  
• Print image in reverse
• Secure the image onto the shirt with a heat resistant tape (printed side down)
• Place in heat press
• Cover with butcher paper to avoid ink bleeding
• Press according to the above temperature and time
• After pressing, remove paper immediately
